Sherry is a life and leadership coach who brings over 25 years of experience to her coaching and consulting practice.   She works with companies, individuals, and non-profits providing inspiration and action-oriented coaching, training and facilitation.

Sherry’s unique style is highly collaborative from the upfront discovery and planning phase, where she finds out what is truly important to her clients, through the delivery of coaching and other programs.  She creates a positive experience for her clients and is dedicated to bringing out the best in others.

Sherry worked for over 25 years as a human resource leader for GE and embraces every challenge with enthusiasm and passion leveraging her broad personal and professional experiences. She has a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) qualification from the International Coaching Federation. She holds a master’s certificate from Fielding Graduate University in Evidence-Based Coaching, graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, and certified practitioner of the Birkman Method and Hogan Leadership Assessments. Sherry graduated from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management Women Directors Development Program.

Sherry has served on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Mentoring Partnership, consultant for Executive Services Corp of Chicago and volunteer coach for “Girls on the Run”, and volunteer coach for the Career Transition Center in Chicago. She is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago and the Society of Human Resources Management.
