You can kick-up your charisma with a few easy-to-apply habits, and start with a greater focus on your non-verbal messages. Take a look in the mirror and ask yourself – what does your physical appearance and expression say about your (1) strength and (2) warmth. Strength says, “I can get the job done,” and warmth says “I care about you.” Most of our non-verbal behavior are a subconscious expression of our physical, mental, and emotional state. You reprogramming your subconscious through visualization, you an control your subconscious behavior and build greater charisma.
Another way to optimize your charisma and subconscious expression is by getting enough sleep, aerobic exercise, and healthy diet. Although your local bookstore is packed with books and other resources on diet and exercise, I recently attended a workshop that cast a bright light on the impact of getting aerobic exercise focused on getting your heart rate up just three days a week can greatly improve your patience, optimism, focus and motivation. 10 minutes of warm-up, 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, and 5 minute cool down releases human hormones to boost your energy, reduce your stress and kick-up your charisma.
