Positive reinforcement works wonders.  You can inspire others to look at all interactions differently whether you are at work or home.  Al of us need positive reinforcement and cherish feedback confirming that our actions and contributions matter and can make a difference.  Positive reinforcement, the most powerful tool on the planet for increasing performance and behaviors, resides within you.

My daughter-in-law recently send me a link to some kids affirmation cards.  She sneaks them into lunch boxes, under a pillow, or special place to surprise her children with some positive reinforcement.  Now the kids are slipping notes to their parents and teachers.  For more on positive reinforcement, check out the attached link or “Green Beans and Ice Cream” by Bill Sims and learn more about the remarkable power of positive reinforcement.
